My name is Chris. I am a customer success practitioner, strategist, mentor, and coach with 20+ years of experience. I am always learning, trying to keep up to date while creating solutions for myself and others.
Customer Success isn’t rocket science but sometimes you do need a nudge in the right direction.
I have mentored and coached customer success managers, velocity sales executives, customer success directors, presales engineers, entrepreneurs, and service designers to deliver to their goals.
I use a design thinking methodology for customer success coaching and mentoring. This is where we use a private Miro board to capture our discussions, brainstorm ideas, and agree on actions. This Miro board is included in the cost of the sessions and is available 24x7.
