The Customer Success Lifecycle Template will help you define the most fundamental customer success process.
The customer success lifecycle map defines your business from landing sales, onboarding, expanding the client's footprint, and creating client advocates.
Using a best practice template to fast-track this discovery and brainstorming process using Miro a white-boarding tool. We will identify the high-level process, the tasks and activities for each phase, and the resources (Job role, Departments, technical tools etc) needed to execute your Customer Success Lifecycle vision.
Each package comes with guest access to Miro so you interact with the template and build your own model.
The Deliverable is a map that will help you see where you need to focus resources and time to drive efficiency into the customer success journey.
