I have trained with the ICF and Myers-Briggs to have the methodologies and structures to be a coach that can add value to your Career journey.

I have spent over 20 years in the IT Industry working in the United Kingdom (UK), Europe, New Zealand (NZ) and APAC (Asia Pacific). I worked for IBM for nearly 20 years and then transitioned to a start-up. I worked with UiPath from the point of their Series C funding up to, during and after the IPO on the NYSE (New York Stock Exchange).

I have an appreciation for the challenges of working in legacy blue-chip organizations as well as high-performing hyper-growth start-ups or "rocket ships".

As a leader, I have hired a team of Customer Success Managers and designed the steps to ascertain the candidate's suitability which was based on the culture and values of the hyper-growth company and their ability to perform the role.
